You give them a call in your time of need needing to get in sooner than later and you're told, "The soonest we can get you in is in three months." You think to yourself, "Three months?!?! That is ridiculous!" But you make the appointment for three months out because what else are you to do?

Three months goes by. You arrive for your scheduled appointment. You sit down in the waiting room ready to be called. Then it happens: the wait. Waiting 10 minutes past your appointment time...20 minutes past your appointment time...and sometimes over 30 minutes past your appointment time! It doesn't leave you feeling like your personal time matters or that your doctor values you as a patient, let alone a person.

At Reed Dental Center, we prioritize you! We do our absolute best to get you in quickly and eliminate the "wait" in waiting room. We know that your dental care is important to you. When you call us with a concern and need to be seen we work hard to make it happen. We will typically get you in to see us the same day, and if not that day within the week. We achieve this by scheduling our office and patients accordingly to limit or totally eliminate your wait time. We want our patients to have the best dental experience that can be achieved and we know part of that experience is in scheduling and in the "waiting" room.
